Fai's Chinese Restaurant is a family-owned business run by Chef Wei and Ivy. Prior to owning the restaurant, Chef Wei, whose love for cooking began in his youth, brings over 30 years of culinary experience from Hong Kong to the United States. Known for signature dishes like our savory Grand Marnier Shrimp, Crispy Grouper, Fried Dumplings, and Bang Bang Shrimp, Fai’s offers something for everyone to enjoy.

Since 2006, Chef Wei and Ivy became the new owners of Fai's Authentic Chinese Cuisine, which previously was known in Longport, Avalon, and Sea Isle City before settling in Ocean View today. We have been providing delicious meals and exceptional service for over 18 years, and as proud members of the South Jersey community, we cherish the relationships we’ve built with our customers and strive to create a welcoming space for all.
